Tiny Apartment For Rent - Sorry - No Longer Available


Tiny apartment located above the garage. Apartment is approximately 500 square feet.
If you've watched any of the "Tiny" shows on HGTV, you will know that minimalist living in an adorable space has become a very popular trend. People are attracted to the idea of having less stuff, and ensuring that their material possessions are few but beautiful, treasured and useful.

Our 500 sq ft tiny apartment is located above our garage at 216-9th Street, in Winkler, Manitoba. It features hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings and was recently renovated with new triple pane windows, bathroom sink and vanity, additional storage, counter tops and a large island/eating bar in the kitchen. The apartment is divided into two rooms. The main room consists of a kitchen/living area and the the second room is the bedroom/bathroom. The kitchen features an apartment sized refrigerator, a countertop convection oven, a two-burner hotplate, and lots of storage.

Rent is $600 per month and includes all utilities including on-site laundry. Optional shared Internet is available for an additional $20 per month.

Please note that the apartment comes unfurnished. Photos below show the apartment as it was configured and decorated by one tenant.

To the left of the front entrance is a large window which is a great space for a desk or a small table.

Convection oven can be used to make toast, but can also be used for baking muffins, cookies, pizza or even a small chicken.

Inside the bedroom/bathroom there is a nook on one side which is configured with a sink and closet area.

On the other side of the door is another nook with a tub/shower and toilet.
